We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard shipping is free on United States orders.
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
How long does delivery take?
After processing, estimated delivery is 7 to 20 business days. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, holidays, and other shipping conditions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout, when it is available. If you need help locating an order, email support@shopsolvaniq.com with your order number.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our support team before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns.
What if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@shopsolvaniq.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. After we review the issue we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at support@shopsolvaniq.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will do what we can, but once fulfillment has begun a change or cancellation may no longer be possible.
