Where we ship
Solvaniq currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all United States orders. No shipping charge is added at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include public holidays.
Estimated delivery
After processing, estimated delivery is 7 to 20 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by the product ordered, the destination, carrier delays, public holidays, weather, and other shipping conditions outside our control. We are not able to promise a specific arrival date.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided when it is available for your shipment, and is sent to the email address used at checkout. If you cannot find it, check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us and we will look it up for you.
Delivery addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout, including any apartment, unit, or suite number. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost because of an incomplete or incorrect address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we can before the order is fulfilled.
